Is There a Way to Make Money Online With No Investment?

“Is it possible to make money online with no investment?,” those looking to start a new internet based business often ask. Reluctantly I say “yes.” I’m not at all convinced that’s the answer. But if I said “no,” I’d certainly have to listen to a story about someone somebody once heard of who started with a dollar and turned it into a million dollars.

But let’s be real. The chances of you starting an online business with NO money and having internet marketing success are about as good as the chances of you making ,000 in your first month of your online business.

We’ve all bought at least one “make money online” product. We’ve seen the sales letters packed with testimonials from “real” people just like you and me who made “,977 in my first month.”.” But have you EVER experienced such ridiculous immediate results with a make money online product? Unlikely. And similarly, it’s unlikely that you will be able to develop a successful internet business if you have no money to invest up front.

Be prepared to at least pull out your credit card a couple of times. Here’s why. In fact, here’s why you WANT to pull out your credit card a few times.

To make money online with no investment requires extraordinary time and effort. You must update your blog daily with good content. You must consistently write articles. You must submit your articles to lots of different directories. You must constantly update your web 2.0 sites. Each of these activities takes time. Together, they take SERIOUS time.

And those you are working to make money online without spending any money upfront generally aren’t able to spend all day working on their online marketing business. More importantly, they don’t have the months it takes to start seeing any money from these methods.

People searching for internet marketing success with no money upfront are often working two jobs, still not making ends meet, and can’t afford to put what they make back into their online marketing business.

This is a big reason internet marketing gets such a bad rap. Those just beginning their online marketing business are sold a lie. That’s why you hear so much skepticism. That’s why there are so many people in the forums in their first few months with an internet based business asking “does this really work?” That’s why everyone in your life laughs at you when you tell them you are trying to make money online.

And, what’s most troubling is that’s why so many people quit their online business, thinking “it doesn’t work.” Because they aren’t told that yes, you can make money online with no investment, but it’s going to take months to do it.

The good news is, you can make money online — lots of money — without spending a lot of money. Next time, I’ll share with you the things worth pulling your credit card out for if you’re just starting your internet based business.

How To Set Up over China Sourcing Structure

When establishing a China presence, overseas companies have several options — wholly foreign-owned enterprise, representative office, joint venture. Is there a preferred option for a sourcing office?

There are various structures available to companies looking to source effectively in China. The individual options vary in terms of investment, risk, commitment, control and time frames. For the export out of China customers generally have two options:

1. Exporting from China without any local representation or

2. By establishing a sourcing presence in China

It is important for companies to understand what strategies are available and how these structures could fit into their existing business models.

Many foreign companies may feel that in today’s global economy, it is vital for their business to be present in the rapidly growing Chinese market. Not every company, however, has the resources to immediately set up their own entity or send expatriate staff to China. At the same time they may not feel complete loyalty from the local suppliers, trading agents and logistics providers.

A foreign company has the option of establishing a network of logistics providers all around China to assist in the export of goods as suppliers are located in various regions of China. Sourcing in China without any local warehousing facility is naturally the first step for many, but if any company wishes to expand and use the full potential of the China market, a local presence may be unavoidable as consolidated shipments may be required to customers all around the world.

Analysis of Chinese Trade and Foreign Direct Investment on eight African countries Economic Development

I-Introduction

Chinas newfound interest in trade and investment with African-home to 300 million of the globes poorest people and the worlds most formidable development challenge presents a significant opportunity for growth and integration of the Sub-Saharan continent into the global economy.

These emerging economic giant of Asia is at the center of the explosion of African-Asian trade and investment, a striking hallmark of the new trend in South-South commercial relations. Both nations have centuries-long histories of international commerce, dating back to at least the days of the Silk Road, where merchants plied goods traversing continents, reaching the most challenging and relatively untouched markets of the day.

Chinese trade and investment with Africa actually dates back several decades, with most of the early investments made in infrastructure sectors, such as railways, at the start of Africas post-colonial era.

Chinas fast-growing economic ties with Africa are attracting considerable attention. The relationship came into the spotlight during the summit of the Forum on China-Africa

Cooperation (FOCAC) in Beijing in November 2006 and the Annual Meetings of the African

Development Bank (AfDB) in Shanghai in May 2007. While the expansion of trade and investment between Africa and China has been generally welcomed, concerns have been expressed about how Chinas growing presence might affect African development (These concerns range from debt sustainability and governance reform to environmental impact; see news reports in Les Echos, October 24, 2006 (in French); Financial Times, November 28, 2006, and News Edge, May17, 2007).

Todays scale and pace of Chinas trade and investment flows with Africa, however, are wholly unprecedented. The volume of African exports to Asia is accelerating. It grew by 15% between 1990 and 1995; it has grown by 20% during the last five years (2000-2005) (Harry G. Broadman: Africas silk road; China and India new Economic Frontier).

Day Trading Forums- Small Investors and Tycoons Can Share Their Views

As one imagines what stock market forums and day trader chat rooms are like, we must not look back to the smoke-filled rooms of the wall street mens club. Todays financial forums are populated with a membership that includes teachers, laborers, students, and housewives, just to name a few. The purpose of these chat rooms, is to obtain knowledge and networking. This is where a novice can learn what the pros might do in any given circumstance. Small investors get to pick the brain of successful high-powered traders. There is always the possibility of getting a great tip, but mostly it is a place where like minded people can debate the state of the economy in general, and wall street in particular.

If you go searching for a trading forum, you must realize that there are chat rooms and message boards for every conceivable type of trading. For those of you that are seeking pinpointed answers directed at a certain type of trading, there are forums geared specifically for penny stocks, as an example. There are of course general investing forums as well. Take this example of a swing trader thinking of doing some day trading. I realize that there are so-called experts who lump all online traders into the bag of day trading. For the sophisticated observer it is plain to see the obvious differences. A day trader rides the rush of the asset, while a swing trader diagnosis the trends and holds onto it as long as the momentum last. This is the kind of issue you can discuss with actual day traders. There is a different set of rules that govern day traders as well, and you can be pointed in the right direction for that.

Another good reason for these forums, is the social networking it affords many of us. Online trading is not only precarious at times, but it can be very lonely as well. A chat room is not a place for ideal gossip but it can be a place to debate a trade you perhaps have just initiated. Does anyone else know about the asset? Letting other people know about your position can only help you, whether youre going long or short. If your information provides the spark needed for others to get involved, than because you were there first, so to speak, it would only strengthen your position should others get involved.

Forums are also a place to discuss news and current events. A currency trader might be able to gain excellent Intel about a certain country from a citizen of the country. We only have to look to the amount of investors who rushed to buy into the healthcare sector, when erroneous news of the demise of the public option in the proposed government plan, had been leaked. Can you imagine two technical analysts discussing the downturn of AIG a month before it collapsed, and the kind of money they made because of this prior knowledge? I am sure that anyone in that chat room would also benefit from that kind of information. I believe that the only thing that separates an intelligent person from an expert is knowledge and experience. With the proper training you will gain knowledge and experience. These forums cant provide you with training, however, you can pick the brains of people who are successful.

Trading is like gambling, make no mistake about it. However instead of just rolling the dice, putting your chips all on lucky 7, or hopelessly watching the little pea spin around, you can learn what is the equivalent of counting cards. There are three basis fundamentals, I believe that every foundation for sound trading should be built upon. Knowledge Training Software

Training Leads to Knowledge

Software and Technical Analysis Leads to Greater Profits
Let us assume that you have some knowledge or you wouldnt be researching the market. Any training you receive should be for technical analysis, or you are just wasting time and money. As far as software platforms, the following suggestions I strongly feel are necessary for any software to be useful.

1. It must be able to offer live streaming technical data. (Otherwise the program is merely educational)
2. The platform should defiantly include candlestick charting.
3. Visually it has to be large enough for all the data to be seen easily. (Many of the online brokerages technical data is too small to be useful)
4. It must be cost effective. (Most good systems can be purchased for between one and two hundred dollars)

Good Investment Property

As investors grow tired of the ups and downs of the stock market, they begin to consider the concept of property investing as a better alternative. While not all people are cut out to be landlords, those who do may find that rental properties are great for building their long term wealth. But first, you need to know how to find good investment property.

Making the decision to purchase rental property is easy. What’s going to be a bit complicated is finding a profitable rental property. This normally takes time, connections and lots of research.

Here are the things you need to know to get yourself established:

1. Set up your time horizon.

Before buying a property, you should have a concrete idea of how long you want to own it. If you’re targeting a longer term investment, you will likely need to invest in repairs, improvements and maintenance.

However, if you’re planning to own a property for a short time, you’ll probably want to skip making key improvements. That is, if you are sure that you can earn back the costs you incurred at a higher sale price.

2. Expand your network.

Landlords who have had more experience are knowledgeable when it comes to finding properties. They usually: check out repossessions, run ads in newspapers, or work with estate agents. To gain contacts, many landlords suggest that investors join a local property owner’s organization.

Another way is to get in touch with landlords directly to see if they are selling their properties. You can also call the numbers posted on rental ads in the newspapers. If you’re willing, you can also comb neighborhoods with your eyes on the “for rent” signs.

3. Make sure your finances are robust.

If you have good credit, low credit card and consumer debt, it is more likely that you can get yourself a loan at a decent rate. When you buy rental property, a lender will require that you make bigger down payments and pay higher interest rates compared to a loan on your own home. This is because there is a higher percentage of investment property owners that default compared to homeowners.

Real Estate Sector in India is to have .5 Billion Additional Investment in 2010-11

Real estate sector in India is expected have .5 billion additional investment in 2010-11. In fact, the property sector in India is a Rs.70,000-crore industry and the new reported investment is in addition to this amount. This expected additional investment is a three-fold increase over that of the corresponding period of 2008-09. This will pump in much life-blood to the industry which has had a slump and stagnation for about 15 months in the wake of the global economic meltdown. The main collaborators of the additional fund are reportedly RedFort Capital, Xander Real Estate Partners, ICICI Prudential Infrastructure Fund, Sun Apollo and HDFC India Real Estate Fund. Most of these investments are expected to be in the metro centres and Tier 2 cities.

Of the additional .5 billion additional investment in the real estate sector in India in 2010-11, domestic contributors will put in to the tune of 0 million. The remaining fund of .2 billion is to come from international investors. In the words of Amit Goenka, national director, Kinght Frank Indian (P) Ltd: These estimates are based on the total active domestic and international funds and their existing corpus strengths. There are some active domestic players like HDFC, ICICI Prudential Fund, IndiaREIT, Milestone and ASK who are expected to do deals in 2010. The bulk of the funds are, however, foreign, with much larger corpuses. Nagarjuna Constructions, Parsvanath, Godrej Properties and a few others have already struck deals with these fund investors.

A few decades ago there was hardly any such field as international law only domestic law representing clients with funny sounding names. Although that situation has changed, the globe is not yet as borderless as the media would have us believe it is. Nevertheless, US lawyers are heading to China in increasing numbers to practice “cutting edge” foreign investment law, and many of these adventurers are fresh out of law school. Conventional wisdom has it that heading overseas straight out of law school will ruin your career back home should you ever want to relocate stateside.

I beg to differ. I know of a young man who graduated from law school in the mid-nineties with a high GPA, fluency in Mandarin Chinese, and experience as a Summer Associate in the Beijing office of a major international law firm. He had caught the “Asia bug” and returned so fast that his diploma had to be mailed to him across the Pacific. Around the turn of the millennium he returned to the US to test out the theory that “you can’t go home again”. With only a few months of effort he was able to land a premium position as a delivery driver for Pizza Hut, making a full dollar an hour above minimum wage (plus tips!).

Let’s get serious. Before you take a leap across the Pacific, take a look in the mirror and ask yourself this question: “Am I an international Lawyer’, or am I an International lawyer’?” (note the differences in capitalization). What’s Plan B in case practicing law in China falls through? Will you be practicing law in the United States, or will you be teaching English in China? What excites you about China law China, or law?
Because when all is said and done, an office is an office whether it’s in Beijing, New York, or London. And like it or not, the inside of an office is where the average lawyer spends most of his/her waking hours. Likewise, legal work is legal work; there’s not any exciting difference between systems of business law whether you’re consulting with clients and drafting documents in Mandarin Chinese, English, or Serbo-Croatian.
Then there’s the Prestige Factor. It’s very stylish these days for medium and large sized law firms to prattle on and on about “our China Office” and what’s more, a China office allows for the issuance of impressive-looking bilingual business cards. It’s become such a potent status symbol that many firms (I strongly suspect) are holding on to money-losing offices in China just so they can keep Beijing on the list of cities where their firm has offices. Medium sized law firms in particular like to set up China offices to prove to their clients their status as Big Time International Players – sort of like the teenager who won’t shave off his peach fuzz because it “proves I’m a man”.
Better to forget about the prestige factor involved in practicing international law overseas. Holding a prestigious job is like marrying a fashion model – it’s cool at first, but hey, law is a jealous mistress after a couple of months the magic wears off and you’re going to have to live with her day after day, for better or for worse.
Anyway, “our China Office” really means “our China Rep Office”. Keep in mind that in China, representative offices may not engage in profit-generating activities. So how do US law firms get away with it? To be sure, a few of them are mostly engaged in the Western legal side of sophisticated cross-border transactions (and thus not generally in the market for new graduates), but the rest are practicing Chinese law illegally. They get away with this in Beijing and Hong Kong (not so often in Shanghai) because the Chinese authorities turn their heads, ignoring the wounded howls of jilted (and well-qualified) Chinese lawyers. The reality is that many foreign investors still feel more comfortable retaining US lawyers even though top Chinese lawyers are far better able to understand legal and linguistic nuances that American lawyers are likely to overlook.
In other words, US lawyers are tolerated by the Chinese authorities because they help attract foreign investment. When the English language ability of Chinese lawyers improves enough to inspire greater confidence among foreign investors, the Chinese government may start rolling up the welcome mat under the feet of American lawyers. And it won’t even take a new law to throw them out – only enforcement of existing law. Imagine the spectacle of former China investment lawyers returning to the US wearing sandwich boards reading “Will Litigate for Food”. Don’t get caught in mid-career all dressed up with no place to go.
The god news is, there is a loophole: China allows legal advisors who are not admitted to the local bar association to work in certain jobs that would require bar membership in the US. Included among such positions is corporate counsel – at their best, 9 to 5 jobs that come with six-figure incomes. In case six figures isn’t enough for you, these positions often provide opportunities for greater wealth as the company grows – stock options, for example.
Forget the international law firms doing the big sexy deals. If you are dead-set on China law, then grind out 2-4 years of business law experience in the US, and look for a job in the legal department of the China office of a Western multinational.
